Your venue booking becomes legally binding once your customized proposal is confirmed in writing. If your project timelines change, cancellations must be submitted in text form (via email). Because we block spaces exclusively and reject competing inquiries, the following staggered cancellation fees apply (based on the total gross order value):
- $\le$ 60 calendar days prior to the event: 50% of the total order value.
- 59 to 30 calendar days prior to the event: 75% of the total order value.
- $\ge$ 29 calendar days prior to the event: 100% of the total order value.
Third-party costs notice: Any pre-purchased, non-refundable external service fees incurred by Spielfeld on your behalf (e.g., specialized high-end event catering, outsourced AV technicians, or custom rental furniture) must be reimbursed at 100%, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
