The Bistro is Spielfeld's most atmospheric event venue: 188 m² on the ground floor of our historic red-brick building in Berlin-Kreuzberg, complete with a fully-equipped bar. With space for up to 199 guests at standing receptions and 60 at banquet tables, it is the ideal event location in Berlin for networking receptions, company parties, dinners, after-work get-togethers and informal product launches.
The venue features a projector and screen, professional lighting and sound, dimmable lighting for the right evening ambience, and bistro furniture. The Bistro is wheelchair accessible and works beautifully as a stand-alone venue or as the catering and reception area for larger conferences in the Hall of Fame or Stadium. Catering and drinks, technical support, photo and video services and full event management are available through the Spielfeld events team.
How many people fit into the Bistro?
Up to 199 for a standing reception. Seated, it is 32 at banquet tables, 30 in theater style and 60 in a new-work setup.
What is included?
A projector and screen, professional lighting and sound, dimmable lighting for the evening, bistro furniture and a fully equipped bar.
What kind of events work well in the Bistro?
Networking receptions, company parties, dinners, after-work get-togethers and informal launches. It is also the space we usually use for catering and reception when a conference is running in the Hall of Fame or Stadium.
Is there a bar?
Yes, a fully equipped one. Drinks packages can be booked through the events team.
Is the Bistro wheelchair accessible?
Yes. It is on the ground floor, the building has step-free ramp access, and there is an accessible toilet on the same floor.
Can you take care of catering for a company party?
Yes. Catering and drinks, technical support, photo and video and full event management are all bookable.
Where is the Bistro?
On the ground floor of Spielfeld Digital Hub, Skalitzer Strasse in Berlin-Kreuzberg, in a listed red-brick building from 1927. The main entrance is directly on Skalitzer Strasse.
