De Meer offers a flexible and inspiring workspace across 108 m² on the second floor of our historic red brick building in Berlin Kreuzberg. With capacity for up to 30 guests in a theater setup, it is the ideal event location in Berlin for interactive workshops, seminars, strategy meetings, presentations, and team events.
The venue comes fully equipped with state of the art media technology, including an 85 inch TV screen, WiFi, and sound,as well as flexible seating, workshop furniture, and a cozy lounge area. A special highlight: the space includes an exclusive additional meeting room for up to 8 people, perfect for breakout sessions or private discussions. Catering,technical support, and full event management are available through the Spielfeld events team.
How many people fit into De Meer?
It seats 55 in theater style and 30 in a new-work setup. U-shape, parliament and block each work for 26 people.
What is included?
An 85-inch screen, Wi-Fi and sound, plus a lounge area, workshop furniture and flexible tables and chairs. A separate meeting room for up to 8 people belongs to the space as well.
What kind of events work well in De Meer?
Workshops, team sessions, seminars, internal meetings and presentations. The lounge corner and the extra meeting room make it a good fit for anything that needs breaks or side conversations.
Are there breakout spaces?
Yes. There is a lounge area inside the room itself, and the separate meeting room for up to 8 people when a group needs to work quietly.
Is De Meer wheelchair accessible?
No. De Meer is on the second floor and the lift does not serve that level, so unfortunately the room is not accessible by wheelchair.
Can we book catering?
Yes. Catering and drinks, technical support, photo and video and full event management can be added to the booking.

It is a 108 m² room on the second floor of Spielfeld Digital Hub, Skalitzer Strasse in Berlin-Kreuzberg, in a listed red-brick building from 1927. The entrance is directly on Skalitzer Strasse, a short walk from public transport.
